How to create this photo trick!

Choose a spot that is pitch dark and use a stable, flat surface to place your camera. Set your shutter speed to the number of seconds it takes to make the drawing. Turn your flash on. To set focus- shine a flashlight at the subject and press the shutter speed halfway down. Keep your shutter open and ask your subject to draw what they desire with a flashlight!
